Full-time Crew Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision, coordination, and continuity to assigned crews and communicate with dispatch and Division Operations Manager.
- Supervise personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for assigned work.
- Evaluate work performance based on planned schedules, quality standards, budget objectives, and safety requirements.
- Maintain project work-sites in safe and environmentally sound conditions as per DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Initiate corrective actions for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure equipment is received and maintained in good working condition throughout the job.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English) - ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to procure additional work opportunities.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
