Highlights of the Memory Care Coordinator Position:
- The Memory Care Coordinator oversees the overall implementation, delivery and coordination of the Connections Memory Care neighborhood resident services, including engagement and supports the MCD/HWD in non-clinical health services.
- Coordinates engagement aspects of life for Memory Care residents including participating in the development of personalized plan or program for successful aging in community.
- Ensures residents satisfaction and achievement of their realistic goals. Motivates residents to function at highest level of independence.

The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
