What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Evergreen Place?
Office Bookkeeper wanted at Evergreen Place Assisted Living in Manchester, NH.
Accurately record and process all financial transactions into the company’s general ledger; AP/AR and Resident liability accounts; Bank deposits, check processing, track purchases.
Knowledge of Medicaid billing is a plus but will train the right person.
Skills:
Must have accurate data entry skills to ensure the integrity of our bookkeeping processes in its entirety and for great financial audit outcomes.
Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented file management.
Enjoys working with the complexities of multiple payor sources – problem solver extraordinaire.
Stays on task; not easily distracted.
Superior interpersonal skills to interact with employees, residents and families.
Highly proficient/expert with QuickBooks Online.
Timely with all tasks.
