Assisted Living Administrator
Seeking an operations and service-oriented individual for Evergreen Place Assisted Living in Manchester, NH.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to:
- Provide operations oversight of life safety and clinical regulations to ensure we meet state licensing surveys and comply with any changing local and or federal regulations.
- Work with families, residents and the public to achieve a balance between quality of life and business objectives.
- Work closely with the President/CEO and other managers to ensure open communication is maintained and that the integrity and ethics of our organization translate to a strong, successful brand and higher visibility in the community.
- Maintain confidentiality and facility related PHI to ensure HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- College degree in a relevant discipline; 3 years’ experience in a residential retirement community home or similar setting preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, management, and life safety/clinical compliance acumen
- Exceptional multi-tasking, interpersonal, relationship building and communications skills; both verbal and written. Possess understanding, patience and tact in dealing with staff, residents and their families.
- Excellent computer, organizational and communication skills desired
- Other duties as assigned
