Evergreen Rehab & Health Center is looking to hire an experienced and proven Staff Development Nurse !
Evergreen Post Acute offers many different types of nursing care under one roof ranging from Short-term Rehabilitation services to Skilled Long-Term services. We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented, outcome-oriented individual with excellent clinical knowledge and skills. This candidate will be able to thrive in a fast paced environment while being flexible to meet the educational needs of the facility. This candidate will be responsible for :
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Conduct and arrange continuing education for staff members
- Assist in facilitating orientation and on the job training for new hires
- Develop and organize training manuals and other educational materials
- Many other duties are assigned as related to educating the staff
