Job Responsibilities:
ECC provides complete Construction Services for both new construction and remodeling projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as Project Engineer on single or multiple projects as necessary
- Track the estimating process, invite proper contractors to bid for complete coverage, conduct bid walk thru’ s, follow-up with bid scope and questions, scopes bids, and prepare estimate proposal(s) for clients
- Complete the project buyout details
- Post, distribute, and update all project documents, building rules, specifications, plans, etc. so all parties are working off the most current documents
- Provide complete project closeout activates including closeout manual, completed punch list, and change orders
- Understand the full scope of all contracts, track and submit billing invoices, change orders and credits in a timely manner and completes information without direction, whenever possible
- Complete the accounting details, project negotiations and extras, and ensure that all recipients are satisfied with the amounts
- Manage all paperwork – meeting notes, RFI’s, change orders, estimates, bid requests, plan updates, subcontractor pricing, etc.
