At Evergreen Refreshments, we're searching for a Support Service Technician to join our hardworking, agile, and competitive team. This fast-paced, hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of our equipment both at our warehouse service center as well as at customer locations. It is essential this person has a demonstrated passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Positions are currently available in the following locations:
- Linn and surrounding counties
- Schedule: Mon - Fri - 7:00am - 3:30pm
Overview of this role:
- Supports the setup equipment to new customer locations
- Uses hand tools to work with equipment in the field
- Travels to customer site using a company vehicle
- Works with team to support proper installation and uninstallation at customer locations as guided by your manager
- Conducts Inventory of equipment and service parts on a monthly basis
- Documents all worked performed
- Maintain and order inventory replenishments as needed
- Establishes and supports preventative maintenance schedules
- Provides effective communication with customers and team members

- Punctual and perfect with attendance (Monday through Friday)
- Initiative to keep organized and on assignments
- Competent looking at details and creating tasks
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Can stand, bend, or stoop for large periods of time
- Capable of lifting or carrying items with the team regularly
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1 years in service or installation function is preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Ability to provide consistent and professional service to our valued customers.
- Experience with beverage brewing systems a plus.
- Self-motivation to establish an effective and efficient routine.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour
