We're the breakroom company. With almost 50 years of experience, we are passionate about making the breakroom a valuable engagement tool for company's all around. We're looking for a SEO professional to join us on a 90-day journey to build, test, and maximize our marketing efforts.
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be primarily responsible for leveraging existing marketing automation tools to draft, test, implement, monitor, and report on email, newsletter, blog posts, automated drip and web-based marketing campaigns in an evolving environment. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative individual who understands how marketing activities help convert prospects to customers and can coordinate with multiple departments including sales and customer success groups.
Core Purpose:
- Optimize copy and landing page performance through collaboration with product and content marketing
- Maximize marketing funnel by analyzing workflows and customer journey results
- Implement our social media campaigns (paid and organic) and locate areas for improvement
Key Accountabilities:
- Support all digital campaign needs through landing page creation, email setup, ad trafficking, form creation, and email nurturing
- Monitor and report on performance trends related to campaigns, sales leads, and social media
- Identify opportunities for new workflows and optimize current ones
- Support customer lifecycle to maximize sales through automation (email drip campaigns, auto responder, etc.)
- Conducts and report on A/B testing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven track record driving customer acquisition through Hubspot workflows and customer journeys
- 2 years of experience in demand generation (email, SEO, SEM, event marketing, etc.)
- Must have a good understanding of the web and web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and the desire to expand current technical skillset
- Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching, and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously and communicate with all levels of management
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $29.81 - $32.00 per hour
