- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional service to guests during interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is a plus.
