- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient responses, utilizing electronic health record systems such as Epic.
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized care needs for patients requiring additional support.
- Provide compassionate patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the facility, ensuring a hygienic environment for all patients.
- Stay informed about medical terminology and best practices in caregiving, particularly in acute care settings.
