Evergreen Subaru is seeking a highly motivated professional with superior leadership skills to join our growing reconditioning team.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with the passion and the ability to motivate and develop a team of high-achievers. This is a hands-on management position that requires active involvement in training reconditioning technicians, assisting with reconditioning repair orders, tracking team performance, and generating results for the recon department.
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license is required.
- Previous reconditioning experience is required.
- Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
