About the Role:
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Analyst/Readiness Liaison to support a large-scale government program. You'll play a key role in promoting adoption of new enterprise solutions, guiding agencies through transformational changes, and ensuring operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote adoption of new business processes and enterprise solutions.
- Guide agencies through readiness activities: user training, security provisioning, system requirements.
- Partner with technical teams for seamless go-live transitions.
- Facilitate change management sessions, readiness assessments, and agency-specific plans.
- Provide post-implementation support and risk mitigation.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of change management experience in large organizations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Proficient in Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience mapping "as-is" and "to-be" business processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of financial processes: GAAP reporting, Grants Management, Procurement, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Extensive travel within Massachusetts may be required.
