What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Evergreen Telemetry?
Evergreen Telemetry small but quickly growing company. We manufacture tools for commercial and residential Test and Balance (TAB). Our tools measure pressure, velocity, flow, CO2, temperature and humidity for air and water. We are leaders in our industry and known for providing the most technologically advanced equipment backed by superior customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Two years Customer Service experience, in an office setting
- Proficiency with Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Additional Experience
- Google Docs and QuickBooks online is preferred.
- Marketing, video and photography experience is a plus.
- Ability to speak Spanish is also a bonus.
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) are responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner, with the customer's best interests in mind at all times. There is no "cold calling", or push for "upselling". A CSR's job is to learn and understand customer needs and provide solutions. The team works together and supports each other as needed. We believe if the company is successful, we are all successful and each individual's contribution is recognized and appreciated.
- CSR's are primarily responsible for processing new product and repair and calibration orders via QuickBooks
- Order shipping is processed via UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
- General office admin should be assumed.
- Special project requests from management, including from other departments, should be expected.
- Option to travel available.
- Training is provided.
- Pay is competitive, based on experience.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, able to work alone, and with a team. Has a proven ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment. CSR's must posses the ability to prioritize, and re-prioritize as needed throughout the day, as well as, recognize and communicate limitations.
