Sales Front Office position Service Advisor for Auto Repair

This locally owned automotive repair & tire shop is always busy and we are growing and looking for a service adviser to grow with us!

Experience or knowledge in Automotive industry is a plus but not required for this position, it is helpful if you have a basic mechanical knowledge.

However, systems and automotive knowledge needed can be taught, the personality and motivation required cannot be. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow a great paying career if you choose. Quick to pick-up new computer programs

Loves to learn

Inform customers of service work, knowledgeably sell or explain work needed

Organization and scheduling appointments

Starting Pay is based on experience and ability.

- 5 day work week, No nights, No Sundays

- Pay is DOE -Competitive, Base hourly with monthly sales commission/bonuses after training period

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflows to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose issues and prepare accurate auto estimates.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
