Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grade surfaces for turf installation.

• Lay and secure artificial turf according to project specifications.

• Operate and maintain installation equipment and tools.

• Ensure proper drainage and seam alignment during installation.

• Perform site clean-up and debris removal.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met.

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.

• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field is preferred.

• Ability to operate power tools and machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Hours vary most start times are 8:00 AM with end time 5:00 PM but can run later, OT is expected in peak install season which is Spring and Summer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.51 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
