The Position: Experienced and Bilingual Front Desk

In this role you will:

• Be the welcoming face of our clinic
• Educate our patients on the nuances of health care coverage, consistent with your mission of price transparency.
• Assist in working and managing claims workflows for timely payment
• Help to ensure that patients have a smooth and quick registration and intake experience
• Work shifts that are 8a-8p on weekdays, 9a-7p on weekends--we all share equally in covering these hours.

Qualifications
- A "can do" attitude, and the belief that no task in clinic is too big or too small for you

- Bilingually fluent in Spanish is required.
- Experience with the Athena EMR is a definite plus.
- Proficiency in navigating payor and claims websites
- Customer service skills plus a professional bedside demeanor.
- Flexibility and Resilience: this is a new model of Urgent Care in a new clinic space with a new team, so a good attitude, flexibility, and resilience are required!
