What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Resident Assistant - NOC Shift FT position at Evergreen?
Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented people to join the team in its Assisted Living!
NOC shifts are 10 : 00pm-6 : 15am. This position has 8 shifts per 2-week pay period with opportunity to pick up extra hours.
- CBRF certifications preferred
- Paid training
- Pick up pay an extra $4 / hour
- Wages based on experience. Starting pay is $15.13 / hour base , with a $3 / hour shift differential.
- As a Resident Assistant you will :
- Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
- Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
- Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident's condition and / or needs.
- Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner.
Minimum requirements :
