ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Operations Coordinator, based in Atlanta, GA, is responsible for the continuous management of various aspects of the Evergreen project lifecycle phases. The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in consultant profile management, customer billing and invoicing, and asset and security management within a specific Evergreen portfolio. A successful Operations Coordinator will be able to handle multiple concurrent projects, manage to project plans, communicate effectively, be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Consultant Profile Management:
• Compile payroll and compliance requirements for consultant onboarding.
• Maintain and update FTE & consultant profiles.
• Review burden accuracy weekly.
• Audit new ESFs for accuracy.
• Verify pay rates, bill rates, and burdens.
• Create L5 and Account Structure.
• Execute field spread adjustments when needed.
• Align burdens with the project’s pricing model.
Customer Billing & Invoicing Support:
• Establish invoicing requirements in partnership with the Revenue team.
• Confirm invoicing template with delivery team, Revenue, and customer.
• Verify first invoice timeliness and ongoing invoices for accuracy.
• Set up cadence with invoicing specialists.
• Ensure invoice accuracy with PM and Billing POC.
• Manage and track project and account POs.
Asset & Security Management Support:
• Manage asset equipment needs.
• Coordinate with Asset Management for orders and shipments.
• Recover assets from offboarding consultants.
• Track, collect, and recover assets.
• Manage security and system access for new consultants.
• Coordinate with IT to shut down system access.
• Escalate asset and access issues to IT.
• All other job duties as assigned.
