As a Solution Architect, Applications you will be part of our core consulting team that helps our customers solve problems, tackle projects, and embrace any challenge. You will work with a diverse and specialized team of technical architects, engineers, and delivery managers to engage with our clients and bring them modern technical solutions using tools like ReactJs, Angular, .NET, Spring, Swift, Golang and more in both on-premise and cloud environments like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and others. You will also stay updated on technology and ecosystem trends, especially those related to applications development and modernization.

What You'll Do
·Meet with clients to understand the scope and complexity of their technology goals
·In collaboration with Technical Architects and Delivery Managers, develop solutions based on client needs and budgets. Solutions regularly include team composition and skillsets, timelines and release schedules, team operating and governance models, pricing and cost estimates, and financial structure
·Working closely with the Sales team to describe and sell Evergreen capabilities to current and prospective clients
·Craft statements of work that explain services deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, etc. and work with internal and client teams to obtain sign-offs to begin work
·In conjunction with the staffing and delivery teams drive the assembly of teams for solutions moving into delivery
What You'll Need To Succeed?
·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business with a technology emphasis, or related.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface effectively with both business and technology stakeholders
·6 to 8 years of proven experience in Technical Sales or Application Technical Delivery across multiple industries and application types (mobile, web, cloud native, low-code, etc.)
·Prior experience with and understanding of the Technology Services business, including Statements of Work, Pricing / Costing, and Deal Profitability
·Solid understanding of commonly encountered application architectures including microservices, monolith, CQRS, MVC, MVVM, etc.
·Technical experience with of common languages, application frameworks, testing frameworks, and deployment tools used in the construction of web, mobile, low-code, and cloud native applications and services (as noted above).
·An understanding of and ability to identify opportunities for the use of AI-based application capabilities and the common tooling for enabling these capabilities (Langchain, LLMs, SLMs, Vector databases, etc.)
·Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
·Willingness to keep up with and adapt to changes in the industry and customer needs, including the pursuit of technical certifications
