WHAT'S MY NEXT CAREER AS THE PART-TIME AGRONOMY LABOR ASSISTANT GOING TO LOOK LIKE?

- Assist EverGRO's Agronomy Drone Pilot Applicator throughout customer/site visits, helping set-up the ground station, reload the drone with solution, change batteries and assist with any other responsibilities to support the work order
- Provide support to the Agronomy team's Dry Fertilizer Mill operations, mixing and blending products, loading and unloading deliveries, etc.
- This position will be part-time/seasonal, averaging 30 hours a week, eligible for overtime, which is likely during Spring/early Summer seasonal peaks

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:
- Primarily working outdoors throughout Spring/Summer seasons
- Lifting, pushing, pulling various products and equipment
- Operate heavy equipment including a forklift, skid steer, etc.
Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.
- This role will primarily be located at our Orange location, with opportunities to travel some to our Madison location and other EverGRO locations on occasion

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.
- A valid Driver's License
- Able and willing to work overtime, potential weekend work based on seasonal needs
- Able and willing to become Forklift Certified
- Preferred knowledge and experience in agronomy/agriculture, preferably with seed, chemicals, inventory, crop protectants, etc.
- Dedication to safety and compliance
- A passion and enthusiasm to work with our cooperative customers to help improve and overcome any challenges related to their needs
- A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
