Overview:

As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our hotel's success! We’re seeking a strategic leader who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to enhancing guest satisfaction while fostering a vibrant work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

  • Inspire and develop our talented staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct engaging staff meetings and training sessions to align and elevate team skills.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance guest service standards for ultimate satisfaction.
  • Implement innovative strategies for cost control and operational efficiency.

Financial Management:

  • Craft and manage the annual budget, including revenue forecasts and expense control.
  • Analyze financial reports to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Optimize revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and exciting promotional initiatives.

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure our hotel maintains impeccable cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Launch programs that boost guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to create compelling promotional strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and local businesses.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to seize growth opportunities.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Implement emergency procedures and ensure staff are well-trained in safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
