What Will You Be Doing?
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all gaming devices on the casino premises, while providing the best customer support possible.
- Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- Assist with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
- Troubleshoot to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
- Preventive maintenance, relocating, and installation of equipment.
- Must Haves / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Gaming License in multiple states (we will help you obtain upon being hired)
- Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and comfortable working with minimum supervision
- Ability to move heavy equipment
- Nice-to-Haves:
- 1 years of experience in any technician role
- Understanding of MS Office Suite products
- Troubleshooting experience in any Technician Field
- Mechanical and Computer backgrounds are a plus
