β Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage compliance requirements effectively.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead & Oversee: Manage daily operations of the regulatory licensing team across current and future jurisdictions.
- Workflow & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission, renewal, and maintenance of licenses while streamlining processes.
- Case Management & Training: Assign, monitor, and support cases, update activities, and train team members on licensing systems.
- Regulatory Coordination: Collect and submit required filings, assist with audits, and respond to regulatory findings.
- Process Improvement: Implement efficiencies, draft standard operating procedures, and enhance licensing workflows.
- Reporting & Filings: Ensure timely submission of annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory reports.
- Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for agencies, resolve licensing issues, and ensure compliance with commercial and tribal regulations.
- Client & Internal Support: Address and resolve client and internal requests via email, remote access, and phone.
- Licensing Analysis: Regularly evaluate regulatory requirements and provide guidance to internal business units.
- Software Management: Maintain licensing software, track requirements, and liaise with system vendors.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams to resolve compliance issues and recommend system improvements.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed.
