Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment law, performance management principles, benefits administration, and employee relations.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide daily support in employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR inquiries.
- Manage and organize the department's SharePoint site and ensure compliance with Federal and State Labor Law postings.
- Oversee workers' compensation and unemployment claims, including reporting, documentation, and communication with relevant parties.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings, recommend corrective actions, and suggest process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Engage in employee morale and company culture initiatives, including VIBE committee activities, volunteer opportunities, and internal recognition tools.
- Maintain strict confidentiality standards to protect employee and company information.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment law, performance management principles, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or UKG/UltiPro.
- Experience in event coordination.
- This position is in-office Monday through Friday.
- Following the first 90 days, there may be potential for flexibility to work 1-2 days remotely based on performance and comfort in the role. However, remote work is not guaranteed.
