Description
Everi is seeking an Accounting Specialist III with a knack for detail, strong technical skills, and the expertise to handle critical accounting tasks that keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in accounts payables, invoicing, and month-end close procedures.
What Will You Be Doing?
Accounts Management : Check and verify cost accounting, accounts payable, and receivable records; manage invoicing, prepare monthly billing and accruals.
Data Processing : Post journal entries, process customer reports, handle ATPs, SRFs, sales orders, and execute non-daily billings accurately and timely.
Reconciliations : Actively monitor and reconcile customer accounts, vendor statements, and manage discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and department leaders.
Reporting & Communication : Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and reports; communicate with team members to maintain and validate customer accounts.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job :
Education : Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience : 5-8 years in accounting (accounts receivable preferred), with a strong track record in customer account management, invoicing, and month-end close processes.
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour and overtime eligible.
