Are you ready to make an impact in the fight against financial crime? As Everi's AML Compliance Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our company stays ahead of BSA/AML regulations. You'll oversee investigations into suspicious transactions, lead the charge on filing accurate and timely SAR reports, and keep us updated on the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. Plus, you'll coordinate with auditors and manage key documentation requests—all while helping to protect our company and its values. What Will You Be Doing?
- Oversee compliance with AML/CFT, OFAC Sanctions, and industry best practices under leadership guidance.
- Supervise AML Compliance staff, ensuring timely and accurate CTRs and SARs submissions.
- Review investigations, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate SAR filings.
- Act as the go-to for audits, exams, and documentation requests.
- Identify regulatory risks in new products/services and analyze money laundering risks.
- Update AML training materials, run annual sessions, and monitor compliance.
- Leverage tech to improve alerts for unusual transaction patterns.
- Implement and standardize AML procedures and documentation.
- Promote a company-wide culture of AML compliance and awareness.
- Stay updated on AML/CFT and OFAC regulations, keeping the team informed.
- Handle recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management for the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3 years of experience in AML Compliance, Auditing, or a related field.
- 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, FATF recommendations, international standards).
- Advanced experience with database and records management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and ability to create/edit documents and reports.
Nice-to-Haves:
- ACAMS Certification.
- Familiarity with BSA E-Filings.
- Proven success leading teams in collaborative environments and working independently.
- Advanced experience with compliance concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $82k - $105k salary.
