Everi is seeking a skilled and experienced BI Developer to join our Game Data team. We are looking for someone passionate about adding business value through data analytics.
As a BI Developer II in the Business Intelligence team, your role will involve going beyond surface-level metrics and delving into the intricacies of statistical inference to identify meaningful connections. You will be responsible for assisting with hypothesis testing, creating valuable data assets with robust business logic, and developing highly functional and visually captivating data apps that enable stakeholders to effortlessly get the insights they need.
Working alongside a diverse group of professionals from various departments, such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Game Development, Operations, and Hardware engineers, you will collaborate to deliver insights that contribute to improving products, reducing costs, and driving revenue growth. Your analytical work will play a pivotal role in facilitating data-informed decision-making within the organization.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Design and develop dynamic, interactive, and visually appealing data apps using Tableau, Plotly Dash, or similar data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting requirements and create dashboards that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize SQL or Python to combine data from fact tables and create data objects with sounding business logic, to identify patterns and create meaningful KPIs. Conduct thorough data exploration to extract insights to guide future business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute hypothesis testing. Evaluate and provide actionable recommendations based on the outcome.
- Utilize version control tools (, Git) to maintain a structured and organized workflow. Collaborate with the DevOps team and follow best practices to ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Apply forecasting techniques to identify patterns, seasonality, and trends in time-series data.
