Description

What Will You Be Doing?
As a core member of our team, you will regularly engage with our customers through both inbound and outbound calls. Your mission will be to assist them with billing inquiries and disputes while making sure that their experience is nothing short of outstanding. If a situation calls for it, you'll confidently escalate the matter to management, showing your commitment to finding the best solution for our customers.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Key Qualifications -
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in an office or call center environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual a plus
- Technology proficient
- Distraction-free work environment

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $16.00 - $17.25 per hour and overtime eligible.
