What Will You Be Doing?
- Architect, automate, and manage the development, testing, and UAT environments; recommend and implement technical solutions for configuration management, continuous delivery, build and deployment automation, and operational monitoring and analysis to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with first- and third-party teams in designing and developing infrastructure and coordinating releases, ensuring security, privacy, and reliability adhere to industry and company standards.
- Participate in developing and supporting test and production environments through auditing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues; provides internal documentation and training as solutions transition to the production environment.
- Monitor daily operations utilizing logging and reporting services.
- Creates documentation including scripts, components, tools, and processes used for automation.
- Remain current on industry advances and best practices that may improve internal processes; research and evaluate new technologies to determine their applicability to assigned projects.
- Evangelize high standards and best practices, fostering a shared responsibility model across engineering and distributed teams; create documents and reference materials to facilitate DevOps best practices.
