What Will You Be Doing?
- Be the equipment hero! Troubleshoot, fix, and keep things running smoothly for customers.
- The go-to tech guru for all customer questions and support.
- Set daily goals and make sure installs and maintenance run like a well-oiled machine.
- Keep inventory on point and knock out reports like a pro.
- Team player mode : activated! Always ready to jump in and help the squad.
Skills & Qualifications for the Job :
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Maintain a Gaming License (requirements vary by location; upon hire, Everi's internal team will assist with application, payment, and renewal).
- Availability for bi-weekly on-call shifts , with the potential for overtime, weekend, evening, and holiday work as needed.
- Ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys learning and is comfortable working independently (after training), while contributing as part of a cohesive team.
- Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry and completing paperwork.
Nice-to-have's :
Casino experience is a plus!
