What Will You Be Doing?
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations for contract assets, liabilities, and deferred revenue.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment by reviewing customer contracts.
- Maintain revenue recognition worksheets and determine invoicing and journal entries.
- Calculate and update variable considerations for revenue recognition.
- Approve and post sales orders, ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Handle manual invoicing and resolve complex billing discrepancies.
- Analyze financial reports to resolve discrepancies and irregularities.
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
- Perform ad-hoc research, analysis, and special projects as needed.
