What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage requests from internal and external clients, including gathering technical details, document requirements, identifying gaps, and providing solutions remotely
- Supporting teams with escalations on loyalty products throughout the company
- Manage software version updates, bug fixes, patches, enhancements, hardware deployment and installation,
- Provide team support and production terminal troubleshooting, development and distribution of software loading guides, and remote management support
