Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving Everidge sales. This individual must be a strong collaborator and a proactive self-starter, taking ownership of promoting Everidge and its associated brands, products, and initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the overall marketing budget, strategy, marketing plan, and corporate branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both print and digital marketing, branding, and advertising. This position will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and work collaboratively with Everidge sales teams and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage and Allocate Marketing Budget
- Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure optimal use of resources and maximum return on investment.
- Monitor budget expenditures and analyze financial performance to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to align budgetary needs with overall business goals.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Define target audience segments and tailor marketing initiatives to effectively reach and engage them.
- Oversee Print and Digital Marketing Efforts
- Lead the creation and execution of content across various platforms, including print, social media, email campaigns, website, eCommerce, and online advertising.
- Ensure content is compelling, relevant, and aligns with the Everidge family of brand's voice and messaging.
- Utilize analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Ensure Consistent and Cohesive Branding
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external marketing channels and materials.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to them by all team members and stakeholders.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through innovative and consistent branding initiatives.
- Develop and Manage Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of advertising initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to inform future advertising strategies.
- Lead and manage Marketing Specialist to effectively support the organization’s marketing needs
- Collaborate with sales and management to ensure that marketing efforts are effectively driving Everidge sales
- Provide support with internal communication organizationally
- In partnership with the Marketing Specialist, ensure that the Marketing department leads the efforts of trade show planning and coordination

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, communications, or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant marketing experience in B2B, foodservice, or manufacturing.
- Experience in creative / art direction and design.
- Experience within an agency and/or managing agency partners.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Good computer skills with programs such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
- Excellent financial management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-departmental alignment.
- Knowledge of online advertising, content creation, event management, and B2B marketing best practices.
Salary : $88,000 - $110,000
