Responsibilities:
- Create detailed user stories for changes in customer site or mobile app.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to define and shape the product vision, requirements, and roadmap.
- Provide guidance and clarification to the development team to ensure successful implementation of features.
- Assist QA team ensuring product quality aligns with business expectations.
- Follow Agile principles and ceremonies.
- 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the energy sector, preferably electric or gas.
- Experience working with web application development teams.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
