NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work with our global client in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project monitoring relative to deadlines and deliverables.
- Guarantee the quality of the final product delivery.
- Adapt and implement a methodologic approach, according to the project needs.
- Guarantee the productivity and efficiency of the delivered product/service.
- Consolidate, transmit and practice the functional, technical, and methodological knowledge acquired by the experience of past projects or activities.
- Ensure full disclosure is given to the Project Manager and Director of any significant delays, risks, and points of attention.
- Define the final product with the client, within the project's scope, being responsible for its deliverables:
- Gather client requirements.
- Refine client requirements with the development team.
- Planning and estimating the specific requirements involved in the project.
- Estimate self-working and development team effort.
- Update the client with follow-up reports.
- Plan and execute the follow-up of its performance, documenting the planning advance and the ETC.
- Validating the contents of the functional designs to be transferred to the development team, who in turn will produce the corresponding technical design and develop the required modules.
- Coordinate and lead refinement sessions with the development team and functional team, reviewing the documentation and the proper understanding.

- Align all the workstreams ensuring project/module plan and scope are within the margins set for the project.
- Leading functional testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment of the functional modules defined:
- Provide the information needed for the QA lead (Quality Assurance) to ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Work with the QA team in the implementation of the test cases plan, schedule and needs based on the project sprints.
- Coordinate between development and QA teams, ensuring the existence of the test plan and test cases prior to the development.
- Review and align with the client the User Acceptance Test cases.
- Review the traceability matrix validating that all the requirements have the proper test cases.
- Manage the execution of user and systems testing.
- Supervise the implementation and/or parametrization of the complete system/modules.
- Estimate self-working and development team effort.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- leading diverse business teams;
- coordinating software development activities;
- leading team members;
- overseeing daily team activities;
- acting as a point-person in relationships with other teams.
