- Start Date: April 24, 2025
- Training Duration: 4 weeks of training 2 weeks of nesting
- Training Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST (subject to change)
- Location: 4161 Piedmont Parkway, Greensboro, NC 27410
Job Description:
- Provide compassionate, patient, and empathetic customer service to members, ensuring their insurance and medical needs are met with first-call resolution.
- Utilize the client system to access member information, verify identity, and efficiently navigate 8 tools to address inquiries.
- This role primarily handles inbound calls from members who were initially assisted by off-shore or near-shore representatives and have requested a U.S.-based representative, requiring a high level of professionalism and problem-solving to support potentially frustrated callers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Healthcare Industry
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Authorized to work in the United States
