Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our on-site team in Lindon, UT. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Everlights’ market share by building relationships with both residential and commercial clients. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals—while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase Everlights' presence within your designated market.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, architects, electrical engineers, and commercial builders.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and sales materials tailored to target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential customers, market trends, and key decision-makers within your assigned territories.
- Generate Leads: Attend networking events, trade shows, and leverage other lead-generation methods to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep CRM systems updated with all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities.
- Monitor Market Developments: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to continuously refine sales strategies.
Key Duties:
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing client relationships.
- Effectively communicate the unique value of Everlights' products and services to both residential and commercial customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and building post-sale relationships.
- Work with engineers and builders to integrate Everlights' lighting solutions into their projects.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and communicate challenges and opportunities to the sales manager.
- Uphold Everlights' reputation for professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales or Direct-to-Home (D2H) sales, such as Solar, Pest Control, or Home Security.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales activities.
- A reliable vehicle for travel, if needed, within your assigned market area.
