We are seeking a Pavement Maintenance Foreman for our Worcester crews.

As the Foreman you and your team will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a seasonal position, that begins in May and continues through September with high likelihood of full time employment at the end of the season. Working hours are 40 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
• Coordinate and run crews on site for the successful completion of jobs
• Additional tasks as required

WHAT YOU BRING

• A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• Experience in line striping, seal coating, crack fill and/or interior epoxy flooring
• You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering educational background is an asset or extensive background in pavement construction or maintenance
