Key Responsibilities:
- Effective Client List Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients, developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Previous Client Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
- Marketing Material Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Networking & Joining Organizations: Actively network within industry-related events and organizations to build valuable relationships and stay updated on market trends.
- Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with prospective and current clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and provide high-level customer service.
- Estimating & Pitching: Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates and pitches that reflect client needs and company capabilities.
- Follow-Up: Maintain strong follow-up processes to ensure timely responses and successful conversion of opportunities.
- Clear Scope to Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Local Market Research: Stay up-to-date on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Source Service Partners & Suppliers: Build relationships with reliable service partners and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Opportunity Management: Oversee the management of business opportunities, ensuring all steps are executed in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, with a strong understanding of prospecting and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry-related organizations.
- Experience in estimating and pitching business proposals is a plus.
