Job Summary
You will manage and work along side our Pavement Maintenance Technicians. You will utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan and schedule customer jobs
- Manage the scheduling and activities of our pavement maintenance technicians including acquiring job materials, prepping equipment for jobs, execution of jobs, and maintenance of equipment
- Adhere to our proven processes, systems, and policies
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
- Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more
- Communicate job status daily with the General Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant experience is a must.
- A driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation. You will have access to a company truck for jobs and traveling to sites
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
- An Engineering educational background is an asset
Salary : $35 - $40
