EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to drive qualified prospects into the sales funnel.. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of this critical sales support function as we grow our business in the Bay Area.

Job brief
Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include the buildout of targeted best prospective clients and assisting with top of the funnel marketing activities designed to generate direct sales engagement which our Franchise Partners execute. This is not a direct selling position, it is a marketing and sales support role. Ultimately, youll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Research and reach out to verify contact information for particular clients in selected geographical areas of the cities we operate in and the surrounding areas
• Will be required to utilize provided satellite software program to gather information
• Generate a consistent amount of quality leads on a week to week basis
• Some detective work required - research and creative methods of obtaining correct client information
• Report to and work with rest of the franchise support team and have the commitment to hitting set goals
• Contribute and implement new ideas to help improve and produce ideal operational processes
• Manages expectations and projects with a professional attitude by complying with company policies and procedures at all times
• Keep track of time spent on individual tasks, and other forms of tracking required for management to analyze data generated from the Marketing Coordinator position

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar sales support or research role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
