EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service franchise brand, is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Lead to oversee Asphalt construction and maintenance activities at our Bay Area location. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient execution of all project and production operations, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on quality, safety, customer service and team management.

Project Management:
- Lead project planning, including scheduling, material, supply, and tool procurement.
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction and address any complaints.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Production:
- Lead delivery of quality work product, ensuring all work meets company standards.
- Lead a crew, ensuring professional conduct, adherence to schedules, and high-quality output.
- Lead daily SCRUM, Field Level Hazard Assessment, Operations, and End of Shift reports and monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Training:
- Conduct regular crew training sessions to ensure all team members are up to date with the latest techniques and standards.
- Administer Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) certification tests and manage skill sign-offs.
- Provide on-site coaching to enhance team performance and resolve challenges as they arise.
Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all local safety programs and regulations.
- Lead safety orientation sessions and toolbox meetings to maintain a culture of safety.
- Manage the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with 3rd party safety programs.
Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and readiness of all equipment, tools, vehicles, and trailers.
- Ensure the shop is organized and clean, with up-to-date inventory for both shop and trailer supplies.
Desired Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience leading operations for a construction company or related
- Proven experience as an Operations Lead or in a similar production-focused role.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Expertise in quality assurance, crew management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of asphalt maintenance processes and techniques is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in safety and project management are advantageous.
