- Provide consistent, timely, & accurate information to our agents within a CRM tool
- Assist with sales orientated tasks
- Adhere to company's attendance policy.
- Handle operational details
- Work as liaison for our Sales Team
- Interact with all necessary departments
- General administrative duties

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service/relationship building experience
- Proficient with Excel
Salary : $30,000 - $37,000
