We are looking for a Project Estimator to join our team at EverLine Coatings - S Orange County in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. This role will be integral in helping us provide top-notch coating solutions for asphalt and concrete to our clients in the Southern Orange County area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely project estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist in the development of project proposals
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a project estimator in the construction in asphalt and concrete industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
