Overview

CoralTree is seeking a Guest and Owner Liaison to join our team at Everline Spa & Resort.  This role will be an integral member of the Guest and Owner Experience Team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests and owners.

Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa provides a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe. The resort offers a year-round destination with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, the third largest ski resort in North America, a championship golf, relaxing spa treatments and a wide range of recreational activities. Our sophisticated lodge environment perfectly complements its rugged surroundings and reflects the spirit of the region.

Responsibilities

  • Use your exceptional written and verbal communication skills to provide ideas about guest and owner amenities and experiences, and organize itineraries and reservations on their behalf.
  • Assist in all last-minute owner reservations and requested changes, and provide appropriate follow-up with them. This includes assisting in all requests made through the owner portal.
  • Coordinate the management of all outside vendors in compliance with our Standard Operating Procedures.  This includes managing last-minute and emergency service requests.
  • Assist the HOA Manager with the inspection of owner rooms on their arrival date.
  • Assist in the coordination of curbside check-in for owners and their guests.
  • Assist the Front Office team with owner billing and folio questions/concerns.
  • Act as liaison between owners and golf/ski for lockers, memberships, etc.
  • Assist the Director of Guest and Owner Relations with responding to all owner complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize the freedom to go beyond to become an expert in the local community and confidently connect visitors to unique and unforgettable experiences in the local area.
  • Share your personal passions and knowledge of the services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.
  • Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Flexibility. This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours, but it’s also a lot of fun!
  • Previous experience working in an HOA or hotel environment in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with creating authentic vacation or travel experiences. People Person.
  • The best part of serving others is creating guest experiences that go beyond the expected. Great communicator. Providing amazing experiences requires the ability to communicate both verbally and through legible and grammatically correct writing.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of sitting 75% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift. Must be capable of carrying, lifting. pushing or pulling up to 20lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of answering phones and using a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to both indoor and outdoor working environment. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
