We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to join our team and lead our custom stair parts business. This role requires a seasoned executive with strong sales presence, comprehensive operations and engineering knowledge, and a passion for product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
