As we continue to expand, we are seeking a General Manager to join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of new opportunities and groundbreaking projects. The General Manager will lead our custom stair parts business. The General Manager will have full P&L responsibility, a proven track record of inspiring leadership, and the ability to roll up their sleeves to drive results.
This role requires a strong executive sales presence, comprehensive operations and engineering knowledge, and a passion for product innovation.
Requirements:- Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- P&L Management: Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure profitability and growth targets are met.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
