Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Sartell, MN, requiring three days in-person and two days remote each week. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience at a design firm or ad agency, or an exceptionally talented individual who can perform at the same level. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, animation, and possess strong skills in conceptualizing ideas, with a particular emphasis on print preparation and an acute attention to detail. Illustration and video editing skills are a bonus but not mandatory. Above all, a genuine love for design and a passion for creating compelling creative work are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

5 years of experience; some of that being in an agency environment preferred but not required. Two or four-year degree in graphic design or related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to create inspired, amazing work that pushes the boundaries of design.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including but not limited to:

• Develop ideas and create original designs for a wide variety of clients on schedule. 

• Hands-on execution for a full range of marketing communications, including collateral, print ads, packaging, email newsletters, websites, trade shows, presentations, and vehicle graphics. 

• Prepare art for print, whether digital, offset, or large format.

• Meet with team members and clients to effectively pitch your ideas.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team to meet deadlines.

• Maintain files, perform misc. duties as assigned.
