Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
- Escort guests to their accommodation while providing information about resort amenities and services.
- Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the luggage room, lobby, and entrance areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Work closely with the Guest Service Agents and Concierge staff to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Handle guest belongings with care and ensure security and proper storage when necessary.
- Assist guests with directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Act as welcome ambassador for all house arrivals
- Assist guests with picking up and dropping SunCarts
- Exemplify all Forbes standards
- All other duties as assigned
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of Orlando’s attractions and Evermore Orlando Resort’s offerings is a plus.
- Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must meet current MVR guidelines and possess a valid drivers’ license with acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record
- Able to safely lift, pull, and push up to 75 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically
- Visually look at a computer for extended periods
- Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside
- Visually look at a computer for extended periods
- Repetitive hand motions, such as typing
