Key Responsibilities

• Deliver/Set up all housekeeping related resort provided amenities to the guests upon request.
• Provide extra towels, bathrobes, toiletries other items to resort accommodations.
• Keep storage and amenities area clean, organized and stocked.
• Keep transit van clean, organized and stocked.
• Able to prioritize the requests based on the region of requests and areas.
• Greet guests, answer questions and provide directions upon request.
• Manage the apps on company provided device for timely communication.
• Perform delivery services on foot, golf cart and transit van.
• Secure lost items and turn into your manager daily
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance defects to Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Education, Skills And Experience

• Experience as a housekeeping runner or willingness and aptitude to learn the role.
• Ability to interact with guests utilizing conversational English.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of performing role in a busy work environment
• Capable of working scheduled hours, including weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays
• Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines / instructions in English
• Must have valid Florida Driver’s License and meet our MVR requirements.
• Previous driving experience.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and / or reach repeatedly.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and carry, pull, and push heavy objects and materials.
• Able to be on feet and moving around for entire shift
